Chad has ten years of surgical RN experience as well as eight years of Charge Nurse experience managing various surgical departments. Upon graduating with his Nurse Practitioner license, Chad began working in men’s sexual health. Since then, he has successfully treated and optimized the sexual health of thousands of men in the Florida area.

One of the main reasons Chad decided to join the Promeniq team is because he wants to destigmatize the “taboo” subject of men’s sexual health. He believes that even though this topic may be sensitive or uncomfortable to talk about, it is a serious medical condition that can and should be treated. Chad is driven to provide excellent care for his patients at Atlantic Men’s Clinic, the culture being 100% focused on improving the quality of life for men. Free of insurance and outdated medical constraints, Chad is happy to work for Promeniq to provide the care that so many men desperately need. 

Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. He went on to achieve a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Miami.

Chuck Snover is a Physician Assistant with a Master of Medical Science from Salus University. His impressive career began as an Air Force Special Tactics Pararescueman where he performed 3 Deployments to Afghanistan as a Combat Medic.

Following his military career and a hard-earned Master’s degree, he worked for 2 years in Family Practice, 2 years in Emergency Medicine and 2 years in Urgent Care before transitioning into Men’s Health.

Chuck’s transition into the Men’s Health field stems from his passion to provide cutting-edge solutions for common health conditions that so many men face. Ultimately he wants to help men heal their (oftentimes) strained romantic relationships through effective health care treatments.

Chuck leads by example and is also a humble, continual learner. He believes in staying current with new and upcoming treatment options, and offering the best medical advice available for his patients. He helps to create a safe and comfortable environment for men to seek treatment.

Maylin Rodriguez is a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a Master of Science from the University of Miami. But her learning didn’t stop after 6 years of medical studies. She has a passion for gaining new knowledge that carries over into her daily life. Maylin is an avid reader and podcast listener - with an emphasis on the medical field.

Her “bedside manner” is unmatched. She has a keen ability to connect with patients and make them feel comfortable, even in uncomfortable situations. Her expertise in recommending effective treatments helps patients feel confident to stop living a life of suffering, and work towards solutions.

Maylin chose to work with Atlantic Men’s Clinic due to its good reputation for patients’ respect and well-being, which are values of hers as well. She quickly became an asset to the clinic, and thrives on the life-changing “before and afters” of men who have been successfully treated.

Her downtime looks like a good book and a snack. Her favorite foods include Peruvian, Spanish, Mexican, and Italian.

Jasmine is a certified Physician Assistant with seven years of experience in the medical field. She holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, FL, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University in Miami, FL.

Most recently, Jasmine worked in hair restoration surgery, primarily serving a male patient population. She has loved the transition into the men’s sexual health field where she can continue to help patients feel their best. The Atlantic Men’s Clinic mission and values align perfectly with her passion for assisting patients in reaching their optimum level of function through individualized care.

Jasmine chose Atlantic Men’s Clinic because of the company's history of growth and its commitment to exceptional customer service, where clients are not just numbers but individuals with whom strong relationships are built. She is dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest cutting-edge, evidence-based practices. Mike is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Mike has a strong educational foundation, earning a Masters of Science in Nursing, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences, all from Florida International University. He is also currently working towards his Doctorate in Nursing Practices which he is set to complete in 2025.

Mike brings a wealth of experience to his current role, having spent two years as a nurse in Medical/Surgical and Step Down units, two years in the Emergency Department, and two years in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. His career is marked by a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care, and he takes great joy in witnessing patients' improvement and positive outcomes.

With Atlantic Men’s Clinic, Mike is dedicated to de-stigmatizing men's sexual health and providing compassionate care. He prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with patients and address their concerns. He is enthusiastic about improving patients' quality of life and helping them feel youthful again. Mike emphasizes that as a Promeniq partner practice, Atlantic Men’s Clinic offers the highest level of care with a focus on treating patients like family.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, watching movies, exploring new cities, experiencing new cuisines, and cooking Texas-style BBQ. His passion for learning drives him to continually research new topics and enhance his knowledge.

Christopher is a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner, with a wealth of education that has led him through his robust career. He received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Florida State University, attended South University to become a Nurse Practitioner, and got his Advanced Nursing Degree from the International College of Health Sciences. Additionally, he achieved his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College.

With a well-rounded career in the medical field, including 20 years as a chiropractor, Christopher was eager to follow a new path that would allow him to serve even more patients and help them in making changes for the better in their lives. He is also a published contributor in 2 different medical journals. His goal when joining the Atlantic Men’s Clinic was simple: to provide the highest quality medical outcomes in treatment for Erectile Dysfunction, Low-T and other men’s sexual health conditions.

Christopher has a passion for improving men’s quality of life. Together with his knowledge and skills, the cutting-edge treatments at Atlantic Men's Health Clinic can help to restore men's confidence, well being, and sexual health. In his free time, Christopher prioritizes time with his lovely wife.
